A young couple purchased a dated home with a traditional yellow exterior and red-orange brick roof tone. They sought to modernize it, preferring a dark roof color and wanting a fresh, modern look.

Solution

Modern Color Palette:

• Siding: Chose White Heron, a classic bright white with the slightest cool cast for its clean and modern appearance.

• Trim and Doors: Added a sophisticated contrast with Soot; deep notes of blue envelop this classic shade of black.

• Roof: Painted with Black, which doesn't get more classic than this dark, anchoring neutral color  to replace the dated brick tone, creating a sleek, contemporary look.
